Delray Plaza announces new shops, restaurants

Delray Plaza, an upcoming redevelopment project at 660 W. Linton Blvd., has released the names of the new stores and restaurants expected to open by next spring.

The renovated plaza will be home to a 365 by Whole Foods Market, Burger Fi, Club Pilates, Tide Dry Cleaners, First Watch cafe, Tipsy SalonBar, Vana Med spa and the fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant Zoes Kitchen, according to the plaza’s owner, Georgia-based real estate firm S.J. Collins Enterprises.

The firm announced last year that it would be the first in the state to get the more affordable Whole Foods store. It already operates in California, Ohio, Oregon and Texas.

The soon-to-be renovated plaza is the latest addition to the Linton corridor, which has seen several new developments in recent years.

Trader Joe’s opened in 2014 as part of the 115,000-square-foot Delray Place shopping center.
