The Cook’s Warehouse, Starbucks coming to Peachtree Station development in Chamblee
Chamblee, GA, November 7, 2016 – The Post Reports – Tomorrow’s News Today is reporting The Cook’s Warehouse and Starbucks are two of the businesses on the roster coming to Peachtree Station, a new development with Whole Foods as the anchor tenant in Chamblee, at the intersection of Johnson Ferry Rd. and Peachtree Boulevard.
According to the report, YEAH! BURGER, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Tokyo Belly, Zoës Kitchen, and Taqueria del Sol are also businesses expected in the development. “Octane Coffee and Pie Fie Pizza have both pulled out of the project,” says Tomorrow’s News Today publisher Eli Zandman in the report. “A drive-thru Starbucks will open in the project in place of an outparcel previously marked ‘bank.'” (see site plan below)
Founder and CEO of Cook’s Warehouse, Ms. Mary S. Moore, announced back in February of 2015, a strategic decision was made to relocate the Cook’s Warehouse in Brookhaven, although at the time, a new location was not determined. With the return to the area, the new Chamblee location will allow for a store almost twice the size of the previous Brookhaven Station store, allowing for a broader inventory and an expanded area for the popular cooking school and classes.
Tomorrow’s News Today says Peachtree Station is almost completely leased, with only a few spaces remaining.
